Nicole McMurray
RMT
Nicole holds an Honours Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Waterloo (2012) and a diploma in Registered Massage Therapy from Eastern College (2014).
Her main treatment interests are in chronic pain management, post-surgery scars, and athletic injuries. She often utilizes a set of stainless steel tools called Graston Technique® to effectively mobilize scar tissue and muscles, helping to reduce pain and tissue restriction.
Nicole also has 5+ years full-time experience working with the prenatal and postnatal community. She is well-versed in pregnancy massage (at all stages) and C-section recovery.
Nicole's treatment style aims to effectively treat the area of concern, while still aiming for a relaxing experience. She incorporates a unique combination of myofascial release, deep tissue massage and Graston Technique® to help identify and treat the underlying causes of discomfort.
Nicole is always happy to answer any questions you may have about whether her treatment approach is right for your specific needs.
