After graduating from university, Krista attended and completed a degree in massage therapy from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy with honours and became a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in 2010. Kimberley Ward-Campbell

RMT

Kimberley graduated with honours from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2011, and has gained a broad experience working in both multi-disciplinary and RMT clinics in the greater Toronto and Kitchener-Waterloo area.

Passionate about helping her clients with their physical health through thorough assessments and well honed massage techniques, Kimberley also strives to educate them regarding relevant remedial exercise and self care. She encourages feedback to ensure the client feels heard and empowered.

Kimberley’s aim is for clients to benefit therapeutically from their time with her, as well as leaving with an increased sense of wellbeing. The human body fascinates her, and she has a special interest in post-surgical and rehabilitative massage therapy. She uses a basis of Swedish massage techniques interspersed with advanced techniques such as joint mobilizations and myofasial release to treat a wide range of concerns, both acute and chronic.

Heidi Crozier

RMT And MPS Therapist

Heidi Crozier is passionate about providing the most effective treatment possible by incorporating MPS Therapy and Stamina alignment techniques into her practice. MPS Therapy is based out of Traditional Chinese Medicine but does NOT use any needles, instead hand-held microcurrent units are used to communicate with the body through acupuncture points and protocols addressing a wide variety of conditions. These modalities are used in conjunction with massage to achieve greater symptom relief, stress reduction and an overall sense of well being. Stamina alignment techniques are often more effective than traditional advanced therapeutic techniques in Massage Therapy. Stamina alignment techniques increase strength, decrease inflammation, improve circulation and soft tissue and joint health. A combination of the old and new are merged to create the most effective outcomes possible. Heidi incorporates additional techniques she's attained through certificates in Cranial Sacral Therapy Level l & ll, Visceral Manipulation (internal organ specific), Kinesio Taping, Reiki, Belief Re-Patterning and her experience as a Teaching Assistant training other health care professionals in administering MPS Therapy for Acumed Medical.

Heidi graduated with honours from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2011 and enjoys supporting a wide range of conditions with a clinical focus and therapeutic approach on complex cases and hypertensives. Her unique modalities are well suited for stress, anxiety, long standing chronic pain, recent injuries, rehabilitation, treatment of both old and recent scars, post surgical and preparatory optimization of tissues before surgery, head trauma, and increasing strength and stability of muscles and joints so you can live your best life.

It is important to note that your first session with Heidi will be more weighted on the side of assessment, the first half to three quarters of which will include a discussion of your health history, self care instruction and a very thorough explanation of what to expect before you get onto the table for treatment. At least 15 minutes of your first session will be for treatment, up to 60 minutes if your first session is 90 minutes. Transparently offering information about the benefits of each available modality is essential to her professional integrity so that the client feels empowered and may give informed consent. Once a treatment plan has been agreed upon, subsequent treatments with Heidi will have a much shorter time for re-assessment, often taking only 5-10 minutes unless otherwise indicated.

It is Heidi's expertise in Western and Eastern philosophies combined with the significance of the mind-body connection that make Massage Therapy with Heidi such a unique and comprehensive experience. Come see for yourself how her distinctive approach can help bring you to new heights in your health and overall sense of well being.
